FAQ:

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We only offer single-destination shipping. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

  • I never received my package—what should I do?

Sometimes your package may be held at the local post office or there may have been a missed delivery attempt. If it’s been more than 20 business days for US orders, contact us for a refund or re-shipment. If less than 20 business days, please be patient as the package may still be in transit.
